Performance measurement of IT investments

The IT function in companies is struggling to substantiate the way they realize value for the business. IT Governance is usually viewed as a answer for this issue. IT Governance includes the leadership and organizational structures and processes which make sure that the enterprise its IT sustains and extends its strategies and goals. A significant component of IT governance is performance measurement. In this study I concentrate on performance measurement of the portfolio of IT investments.
