We have done this projects to get a deep understanding of how chaperones communicate with unstable, aggregation prone, misfolded proteins linked to human disease. Molecular chaperones are proteins which act as agents that aid other proteins to fold accurately. The projects discusses about Protein folding, Genetic mutations, Protein misfolding, Transthyretin (TTR), Molecular chaperones, Apoptosis, Caspases Methods, Cloning, mutagenesis, etc.
The assembly of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) and ribosomal proteins (r-proteins) into ribosomal subunits (30S and 50S) is actually a complex process. Transcription of rRNA needs antitermination proteins and the main transcripts are processed by ribonucleases. R-proteins and rRNAs are chemically altered, the
