Finding the right knowledge, a case study in knowledge mapping

Today it’s common that organizations reinvent the wheel? just because they don’t have an overview of what knowledge that already exists within the walls of the organization. This thesis aims elaborate on this phenomenon by a case study at the competence development department of company Alpha, using the CommonKADS methodology.
