Global talent management and the role of social networks

The goal of this project would be to contribute to the knowledge concerning global talent management (GTM) and also the role of social networks. Present problems and circumstances are to blame for the need of GTM inside multinational corporations (MNCs). Elements, instruments along with core objectives will be elaborated within this study. This will be attained by using different expert groups. The aim of this study is to develop a GTM model including social networks which promises to support MNCs on the implementation stage. In an effort to accomplish the research objectives, the following research question will be answered. How can social networks support MNCs in their GTM? Design methodology This study utilizes the Delphi method. This is particularly a successful approach for discovering new concepts, like GTM and the role of social networks. Four principal characteristics can be discovered for this technique: anonymity of Delphi participants, iteration, controlled feedback, and statistical aggregation of group response….
