We’ve analyzed CRM Customer relationship management in a service provider’s mindset on behalf of Ericsson Microwave Systems AB. The question at issue we chose to explore is ‘How should a service firm build a point of contact so as to handle client relations in the 3rd generation mobile Internet?’ To reach a conclusion we’ve completed a qualitative study including literature survey and 3 interviews.

This report discusses about transaction scheduling and concurrency control in time critical systems. In a time critical application, the transactions are linked to time constraints on their completion times. It is essential to the effectiveness of the system to meet the time constraints of the transactions. After understanding their system attributes, we’ve uncovered a pair of factors that may significantly impact the predictability in transaction execution in these systems.
A lot of research has been made in order to know the idea of first mover advantages and second mover advantages but the experts are divided in their opinions of which factors are affecting and to what magnitude these elements influence the firms. So, the objective of this dissertation was to develop a framework that unifies and points out the factors indicating first-mover advantages and second-mover advantages. The significance of these factors was examined in 3 diverse industries; private banking, ice-cream industry and the mobile phone industry.
