Motivation Mechanism for Chinese Public Organizations

Our goal of this project report is to assess the perceived conditions in the Chinese civil servant organizations with western theories of what consists of desirable work conditions. One more objective is to propose normative hypotheses concerning how these theories could possibly be employed to enhance work satisfaction in the civil servant organization. The primary concern is that there is insufficient academically dependable motivation theory originating from public organizations.

Why an MBA?

In this study we have mainly investigated the effectiveness of Master of Business Administration (MBA) on job related income in Japan and compared it with that of the US. In addition, we have also examined impact of MBA intervention on other job outcomes such as employability, job satisfaction, confidence in knowledge and skills.
