The Usability in IT-system

Usability is a hip word today in our society of Information Technology, but what does it really mean? In this report we want to emphasie key words like usability, design, users and their participation in the design process. This thesis involves a human centered way to think in software developing. We have evaluated the usability in a system. The result from our evaluation and the methods we used are described in this thesis. Our contribution is motivated design suggestions.
